PhysioPilates
Our team of Physiotherapists have designed the PhysioPilates method of exercise to improve core strength, stability, flexibility and balance. Group classes or one on one sessions cater to all levels of health and physical ability, with the ultimate goal to improve your health, wellness and performance.

Manual Physiotherapy
Manual and manipulative techniques are used to improve joint mobility and tissue flexibility. This hands on approach is effective in reducing spine and joint pain and inflammation, as well as promoting recovering after strains and sprains.

Pelvic Health
Our physiotherapists have postgraduate certifications in men and women's pelvic health physiotherapy to help prevent and treat pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, pain with intercourse, and post prostatectomy dysfunction. We also specialize in pre and postnatal physiotherapy.

Osteopathy
Manual osteopathic techniques work to restore function in the whole body by treating the causes of pain and imbalance. Treatment may include myofascial release, visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, and osteoarticular techniques.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture has been shown scientifically to achieve analgesic, anti-inflammatory and regenerative effects. Acupuncture treatment is used as an adjunct to standard physiotherapy techniques.

Active Aging
Participating in regular exercise is one of the best things you can do to stay healthy as you age! Exercise has been shown to reduce the risk of developing many diseases, and to slow the progression of disease and disability. Regular participation has also been shown to help people feel less tired, combat depression, improve posture, reduce falls, strengthen bones and muscles, keep joints healthy and mobile, lose weight, reduce stress, improve circulation, and maintain mobility and independence.
