Osteoarthritis Workshop
Join Lindsay, our Physiotherapy Student, for this fun and informative talk and exercise circuit that targets exercise for hip and knee osteoarthritis. For this workout you'll need a chair and a large stability ball (if you don't have one, a chair will do), a resistance band and a cloth.
