Appointment Cancellations
Assessment or treatment sessions may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the appointment time with no penalty.
Failure to give 48 hours notice or missing your appointment will result in a $75 charge to the client. This charge will be added to your account and you will be sent an invoice. Payment must be received by online payment, credit card or e-transfer before your next appointment. Future late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full.
PhysioPilates Session Cancellations
Enrolments may be cancelled up to 10 days prior to the start date without penalty.
Missed enrolment without appropriate notice will be charged to the client in full. Missed classes are not reimbursed.
Synergy reserves the right to reintroduce a mask mandate in the studio, and/or, switch classes to online only at their discretion to support the health of our community. No refunds will be issued for changes in studio policy, including re-introduction of masks, or a switch to online classes only.
Please contact admin@synergyphysiopilates.ca or (902) 407-1417 directly to arrange a late cancellation when there are extenuating circumstances.
Return/Refund Policy
Payment for all appointments must be made at the conclusion of each session. Synergy DOES NOT direct bill any third party payers.
Please retain the electronic receipt of your purchase in your records.
All prices shown are in Canadian Dollars and include all applicable taxes.
Payment for all PhysioPilates sessions must be received 10 days prior to the scheduled start date to ensure your reservation.
All Workshops and Special Events are subject to the cancellation policy.
The class schedule and instructor is subject to change or cancellation without notice.

Emails and Newsletters
There is an opt in check box on your client info page to use at your discretion. On every Newsletter we distribute there is an “Unsubscribe” option that will permanently remove you from this Mailing List.
