  • one on one sessions, booked and billed as physiotherapy sessions

  • weekly group classes, billed as group physiotherapy 

  • live in studio and virtual livestream options 

Our Studio: 

Mat Classes:  50 min class / $260 per 10 week term

NEW!  Springboard Classes:  45 min class / $300 per 10 week term.

             SPECIAL:  Save $40 if Springboards are your second class per week!

Pelvic Pain Workshop:  50 min class / $280 per 8 week term.  Includes pre-recorded material + live weekly class.

Register for a weekly class, and add on UNLIMITED ZOOM classes for only $75!

*Payment due on registration. Billed as group physiotherapy and covered by some insurance plans 

All services are billed as Physiotherapy, and covered by many private health care plans.  Please note we do not direct bill.
