We help you reach your goals by: 

  • helping to make physical activity a part of your daily routine

  • educating how exercise plays an essential role in active aging, injury prevention and rehabilitation

  • designing a home exercise plan specific to you

  • creating a supportive and welcoming group class environment 

We offer:

  • one on one sessions, booked and billed as physiotherapy sessions

  • weekly group classes, billed as group physiotherapy - all participants require a pre-class assessment billed separately

Group class fee:  $276 for 12 week session

Summer session: $115 for 5 week session

*Billed as group physiotherapy and covered by some insurance plans   (exception: Barre class)

All services are billed as Physiotherapy, and covered by many private health care plans.  Please note we do not direct bill.
