Cancellation Policy:

48 hours is required when cancelling appointments to avoid a late cancellation/missed appointment fee of $75 for the first offence and the full treatment fee for ongoing offences. All late/missed appointment fees must be paid in full before booking or attending future appointments.

$1.50/hr daytime, $1.00/hr evening (entrance off St. Alban's St)

- neighborhood street parking

We also have 3 marked spots at the rear of Synergy in front of our accessible ramp. Enter the covered alley off St. Albans St., next to the Richmond Yards parking garage entrance. Please note the alley entrance may at times be unaccessible due to construction in the area.

Please use our front Robie St. entrance (there is a path between the buildings to Robie. St).

Accessibility

We regret that we are currently not fully accessible. If you require access to our rear ramped entrance, please let our team know when booking your appointment. We will also ensure you are booked on the first floor, as our clinic has two levels. There is a disabled parking spot on St. Albans St, around the corner from Synergy.

AND we have BIG NEWS! We are moving this spring to a main floor level clinic that is fully accessible, just around the corner at Richmond Yards. In the meantime, If we cannot meet your accessibility needs we will be happy to refer you to a clinic that can.
