Naturopathy
New to Synergy, Dr. Brianna Mason has a clinical focus and passion for supporting individuals through pre-conception to postpartum, perimenopause and menopause, digestive issues, and more.

Naturopathic medicine is a type of health care that focuses on treating the root cause of a condition or health concern. It blends modern medical science with natural and traditional therapies, aiming to treat not just symptoms but the underlying causes of illness. The approach is holistic, meaning it looks at the whole person—physical, mental, and lifestyle factors—rather than just one specific symptom.

Naturopathic doctors (often called NDs) are trained practitioners who use a variety of natural treatments to help improve health. These can include nutrition and diet recommendations, herbal or botanical medicine, acupuncture, and lifestyle counseling (like stress management and sleep habits).

They spend time understanding a patient’s overall health, habits, and environment, then create personalized treatment plans. NDs may also work alongside other healthcare professionals, referring patients for lab tests or recommending specialized care when necessary. Their goal is to support long-term wellness, prevent illness, and help patients take an active role in their health.
