Elspeth Bullock (she/her)

Elspeth (she/her) is a Pilates instructor with a background in movement, theatre, and circus coupled with a diploma in physiotherapy assistance. She brings a creative, body-aware approach to her work, with a particular interest in helping people build strength, confidence, and a better understanding of how their bodies move.  When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll usually find her working on a craft project, performing, or wrangling her very large German Shepherd, Handsome Jack.
